What this covers
This policy explains what information North Array ("we," "us") collects through northarray.com, why, and what happens to it. North Array is operated by Taylor, a sole proprietor freelance web/software development business based in Florida.
Information we collect
Contact and scope-your-build form. When you submit the form on the Contact page, we collect whatever you enter — your description of the workflow/project, the tools you're using, your budget range, and your email address. This is sent directly to our inbox by email. We don't store it in a database; it lives in our email like any other message you'd send us.
Payment information. If you pay for a service through northarray.com, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC — Stripe handles that on their own secure infrastructure. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the email address you provided at checkout.
Spam/bot protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process some technical signals about your browser/device to do this — see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. We don't control what Cloudflare does with that data beyond the spam-check itself.
What we don't collect. This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers, does not use marketing cookies, and does not build visitor profiles. There is no tracking pixel here to opt out of.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. Payment information is used only to process the transaction you initiated and to follow up about the service you paid for. We do not use your information for anything else.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, ever. Data passes through the following service providers strictly to run the site and deliver the service you requested:
- Hostinger — web hosting and the email inbox contact form submissions land in
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — spam/bot filtering on the contact form
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their platforms.
Data retention
Contact form submissions live in our email inbox for as long as we keep that email, same as any other correspondence. Payment records are retained by Stripe per their own retention policy and standard financial record-keeping requirements. We don't maintain a separate customer database on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have connected to your email address, or ask us to delete correspondence from our inbox, at any time — email hello@northarray.com. Note that Stripe's own records of a completed transaction are retained by Stripe independently, per their policy and applicable financial regulations, and aren't something we can delete on their platform.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
