Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of northarray.com and any services you purchase or engage through it, offered by North Array, a sole proprietorship operated by Taylor and based in Florida. By using this site or engaging North Array's services, you agree to these terms.
Services
North Array provides custom web development, software development, AI automation, and digital systems work for businesses — websites, web applications, internal business tools, workflow automations, and custom AI-powered solutions. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are agreed to separately, in writing (email or a written proposal), before work begins. Nothing on this site is itself a binding quote — pricing shown for a specific offering (like the paid strategy session) is exact for that offering only.
Engagement and payment
Project work is billed through direct invoices, covering deposits, milestone payments, and final payment, as agreed per project. Some standalone offerings (like a paid strategy session) are billed up-front via Stripe Checkout at the price shown at time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, payments for completed work and delivered services are non-refundable. If something isn't right, email hello@northarray.com and we'll work it out directly — this is a small, direct business, not a faceless platform.
Ownership
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs, written content created specifically for your project) transfers to you upon full payment for that project. North Array retains the right to reuse general methods, non-confidential techniques, and reusable internal components developed during a project, and may reference completed work in its own portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (project details, account access, content), for keeping any credentials or access North Array is given secure, and for using anything built for you in compliance with applicable law.
No guarantee of outcomes
North Array builds and delivers software and systems to the agreed specification. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, rankings) resulting from that work, since those depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, North Array's total liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount you actually paid North Array for the specific service giving rise to the claim. North Array is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Site availability
We aim to keep northarray.com and any tools/systems we build available and working correctly, but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned or unplanned downtime can happen.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For an active project, the terms in place when that project's agreement was made continue to apply to that project unless we agree otherwise in writing.
